Blinov Vyacheslav Konstantinovich was born in 1950.

Graduated from Gorky Conservatory (1975), Moscow Conservatory (1979), Novosibirsk postgraduate course of Conservatory (1983).

From 1988 till 1997 was a chief conductor of Dnepropetrovsk Symphonic Orchestra.

From 1997 till 1999 was a chief conductor of Dnepropetrovsk Opera and Ballet House.

From 1999 till the present time is a chief conductor of Honored Academic Symphonic Orchestra of National Radio Company of Ukraine.

Mr.Blinov has toured many cities and towns of the former Soviet Union and Ukraine and widely toured many countries of Europe and Asia, where artistic skill of performing highly was appraised by audiences.

Mr.Blinov is one of the best interpreters of Slavonic and modern music. He is an outstanding performer of music by A.Borodin, M.Mussorgsky, N.Rimsky-Korsakov, A.Lyadov, S.Rachmaninov, P.I.Tchaikovsky, B.Bartok and many others.

Now Mr.Blinov performs music by more then 160 composers. He was first to perform music by Stankovich, Silverstov, Skoric, Buevsky, and Zubitsky, Karabits.

He was recognized by Scientific Association of American Biographical Institute as a prominent person of last years of XX century.
